As a Senior Strategist at Invisible Dynamics, you will play a critical role in shaping data-informed strategies that drive client success and build long-term relationships. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and brand needs to deliver impactful insights and foster strategic growth. Responsibilities
Strategic Support
Play a central role in shaping client projects by providing thoughtful strategic insights and practical recommendations in brand and marketing strategy.
Conduct research and analysis of market, consumer, and cultural trends to build strategies that align with client goals and industry shifts.
Work closely with the Strategy Director and other team members to ensure alignment on project goals, actively contributing across all phases of client engagements.
Assist in the creation of strategic deliverables, ensuring outputs meet client objectives and reflect Invisible Dynamics' innovative approach.
Partner with the Strategy Director and Creative teams to integrate strategy with creative execution, ensuring each approach is grounded in brand and business rationale.
Act as the primary strategic lead for client projects, delivering high-quality research, analysis, and insight across brand strategy, marketing strategy, and cultural trends.
Develop and manage a go-to-market (GTM) plan for implementing the brand strategy, including actionable steps that resonate with client budgets and timelines.
Contribute to ideation, creating original, on-brand strategies to bring the GTM plan to life in ways that stand out.
Provide strategic input throughout campaign production, collaborating with Creative and Production teams to guide the campaign from concept to execution.
Client Engagement
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and ensure all strategic recommendations align with their needs.
Assist in developing and presenting strategic deliverables, reinforcing Invisible Dynamics as a trusted strategic partner.
Build and nurture client relationships through consistent communication and by delivering impactful strategies, fostering trust and long-term collaboration.
Curate and analyze data and cultural insights to create a compelling foundation for strategic recommendations, staying current on cultural and market trends to provide forward-thinking perspectives.
Define and manage client brand strategies, working with the Strategy Director and Creative teams to establish brand vision, value proposition, architecture, and positioning.
Prepare and present strategic recommendations, articulating a cohesive, data-backed brand vision to clients.
Insight & Growth
Leverage market, consumer, and cultural insights to elevate strategic recommendations across projects.
Act as a mentor for junior strategists, offering guidance on analysis and strategic development to foster continuous learning and growth.
Challenge conventional approaches with innovative, consultative solutions that inspire clients to consider broader perspectives.
Logistical Requirements
The Senior Strategist will be based out of our Los Angeles office, leading the creative team with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in office, option Work-from-home Fridays.Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
