Purpose

The Brand Manager is the primary contact for managing client relationships at Invisible Dynamics, ensuring seamless collaboration between clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for building relationships, aligning creative and business priorities, and driving client satisfaction and business growth. The Brand Manager must excel in communication, project oversight, and delivering impactful solutions that meet client objectives and enhance the agency’s reputation.

You have experience in creative industries such as fashion, wellness, and retail and excel at fostering trust and transparency with clients while coordinating teams to achieve shared goals. You’re skilled at balancing multiple accounts, anticipating client needs, and navigating complex challenges to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open and transparent communication to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with goals.

  • Lead account kick-offs, defining scope, deliverables, and expectations in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

  • Act as the bridge between clients and creative, strategic, and production teams to ensure deliverables exceed expectations.

  • Monitor account health, identifying opportunities and risks while proactively addressing client concerns or feedback.

  • Represent the agency in client meetings and networking events, positioning ID as a trusted partner.


Client Engagement

  • Partner with leadership to strengthen client relationships, develop engagement models, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Articulate ID’s service offerings and capabilities to clients, supporting retention and new business development.

  • Contribute to business development efforts by crafting proposals, preparing presentations, and participating in client pitches.

  • Identify and communicate upsell opportunities with existing clients, collaborating with internal teams to expand services and negotiate scope agreements.

  • Track and measure client satisfaction through feedback, implementing strategies to enhance their experience.


Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with project managers and team leads to ensure client expectations align with internal capabilities and resources.

  • Collaborate with the creative and strategic teams to deliver work that meets both client objectives and agency standards.

  • Ensure all team members are informed about client goals, timelines, and project progress.

  • Balance resource allocation across accounts, ensuring team bandwidth is optimized to meet deadlines and maintain quality.


Logistical Requirements

The Brand Manager will be based out of our Los Angeles office, leading the creative team with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in the office, option Work-from-home Friday’s. 

Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
