Purpose
The Brand Director serves as a senior leader, driving strategic client partnerships and overseeing account teams to deliver exceptional results. This role focuses on elevating client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of creative and business solutions, and identifying opportunities for growth. The Account Director is a skilled communicator and strategist who bridges client goals with agency capabilities, drives revenue, and strengthens the agency’s reputation as a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
Account Management
Oversee the management of key client accounts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and maintaining trusted partnerships.
Act as the senior point of contact for account updates, guiding internal teams to deliver on client goals and objectives.
Develop account plans that outline strategic priorities, success metrics, and growth opportunities for each client.
Monitor account health, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects align with client expectations and agency standards.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Client Engagement
Lead the development and execution of client engagement strategies, ensuring strong relationships and long-term collaboration.
Articulate and position ID’s full range of services to clients, identifying opportunities to expand offerings and drive business growth.
Partner with leadership and internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches for new and existing clients.
Negotiate scope agreements and upsell opportunities with clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and budget considerations.
Gather and analyze client feedback to refine engagement strategies and continually improve the client experience.
Team Leadership
Provide mentorship and guidance to account teams, fostering professional growth and high performance.
Collaborate with department leads to ensure the effective allocation of resources across accounts, maintaining team bandwidth and efficiency.
Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging innovation and open communication.
Align teams around client objectives, ensuring seamless delivery of work that meets or exceeds expectations.
Advocate for continuous learning by sharing industry insights, trends, and development resources with the team.
Logistical Requirements
The Brand Director will be based out of our Los Angeles office, leading the creative team with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in the office, option Work-from-home Friday’s.
Travel within the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
