Purpose
The Senior Designer’s role is to solve creative problems and communicate solutions clearly with visual media. They contribute to the development of various creative outputs, ranging from marketing collateral to digital product interfaces.
Essential Skills
You are a highly skilled designer with an instinct for compelling imagery and concepts. You have extensive experience in image creation, concept development, and know how to communicate abstract ideas visually. You are a creative problem-solver with a T-shaped design skillset, you have a clear strength in two design skills and are developing at least two others. You have solid skills and technique; you deliver high quality, polished work and solve moderately complex design challenges.
Responsibilities
Creative
Create visual designs that effectively communicate the intended message, meeting the objectives outlined in the creative brief.
Participate in brainstorming / workshop sessions to develop new concepts and approaches.
Collaborate with the rest of the creative team to ensure visual consistency across various touchpoints.
Iterate based on feedback from the Creative, Design, Art Directors, and client.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to projects.
Business
Contribute to business development by creating impactful client proposals.
Become an expert in ID’s service offerings and capabilities and support in building case studies for proposals.
Operations
Contribute to end-of-scope project evaluations, identifying areas for operational improvements.
Keep files and work environment organized and structured, aiding in teamwork / collaboration.
Beginning to learn ID's operational foundations.
Communicates clearly within the team and relies on guidance for client-facing or higher-level communication.
Management
Focuses on personal development.

Logistical Requirements
The Senior Designer will be based out of our Los Angeles office, leading work with a commitment to in-person collaboration. Monday – Thursday required in the office, option Work-from-home Friday’s.
Travel to the US and internationally may be required based on client and company needs. As a full-time employee, the role may involve working extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client deadlines.
